If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

The trademarks, logos, brand names, product names and service marks displayed on the Site (the “Trademarks”), including “IStartupAngels” is registered and unregistered trademark of IStartupAngels and other third parties. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks without the written permission of IStartupAngels or such third party that may own the Trademarks.
