Submit a short executive summary to us. Do not send a business plan right away. Be sure to include your name, company name, website, address, phone number and e-mail address.
Preferably your executive summary should cover these topics:

Preferably your executive summary should cover these topics:
- The team
- What problem your solution is trying to solve?
- How your solution solves the problem?
- Who are your typical customers?
- Who are your competitors and what are the advantages of your solution?
- What is the estimated market size?
- Funds raised so far
- Your execution startegy
- The current status of your venture
Acceptable formats for electronic submissions are Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
Reviews of opportunities take an average of 10 days.
We do not consider investment solicitations over the phone, with the exception of referrals from existing relationships.
Although we do not sign nondisclosure agreements, we will keep your submission confidential and reserve the right to share it with anyone we deem appropriate for the purpose of evaluation. (Including but not limited to partners, affiliates, committees and associates).

What happens after you submit your executive summary?
One of our partners will review your summary and evaluate your company’s suitability for a “good fit” in our strategy and an opening in our portfolio for your type of company. After the initial review you will either receive a request for more information or be informed that we will not be investing.
If you don't have the above mentioned materials, don't worry, just apply for the: "Startup Package"
